Version 1.0, issued October 2026
These terms apply when you use this website, enquire with us, or enrol in any Platinum Professional Training program, course or short course. By enrolling or using this website you agree to these terms. Please read them together with our Refund Policies, Privacy Policy and Participant Handbook, which form part of your agreement with us.
1. About us
Platinum Professional Training is a Registered Training Organisation (RTO 41438) regulated by the Australian Skills Quality Authority (ASQA). In these terms, "we", "us" and "our" mean Platinum Professional Training Pty Ltd, and "you" means the person using this website or enrolling with us.
2. Using this website
- We aim to keep information on this website accurate and current, but programs, course content, fees and dates may change. The terms that apply to your enrolment are those confirmed at the time you enrol.
- Information on this website is general in nature. It is not career, migration, legal, tax or financial advice for your circumstances.
- You must not use this website in a way that is unlawful, interferes with its operation, or attempts to access systems or data you are not authorised to access.
- Links to other websites are provided for convenience. We are not responsible for their content.
3. Eligibility and enrolment
- You must be 18 or older to enrol.
- You must hold a Unique Student Identifier (USI) and provide it when you enrol. We verify your USI before issuing any statement of attainment.
- Your enrolment is complete when you have paid the fee and completed our online enrolment steps, including the enrolment form and student declaration.
- You must give us accurate and complete information. We may cancel an enrolment based on false or misleading information.
- Some courses have entry requirements, which are set out on the course page or confirmed with you before enrolment.
4. Fees and payment
- Fees are in Australian dollars. Fees for nationally recognised training may be GST free; any GST that applies is shown at checkout.
- Payment is made through our secure online checkout or as otherwise agreed in writing. Where a payment plan is agreed, the instalment terms in our Refund Policies apply.
- Refunds, cancellations, deferrals and any additional charges are governed by the Refund Policy that applies to your program.
5. Access to courses
- Courses are delivered online through our student portal. Your access period is stated on the course page or in your enrolment confirmation.
- Your login is personal to you. You must not share it or let anyone else complete your learning or assessments.
- We may update course content during your access period to keep it current and compliant.
6. Assessment and academic integrity
- All work you submit must be your own. Plagiarism, collusion, impersonation, or submitting AI generated work as your own where the assessment does not permit it, is a breach of these terms and may result in the work being assessed as not yet competent or your enrolment being cancelled.
- Some assessments are completed under supervision. You must follow the instructions given for supervised assessments.
- You can appeal an assessment decision through the process in the Participant Handbook.
- A statement of attainment or certificate is issued only once you are assessed competent in all required units, your USI is verified and all fees are paid.
7. Internships and career support
- Internship projects, references and career support are provided as described for your program. Internship work is completed on internal or anonymised data and does not create an employment relationship.
- We do not guarantee employment, interviews or any particular job outcome. Outcomes depend on your effort, background, visa and work rights, and the job market. Any outcome figures we publish are based on our student outcomes survey and individual results vary.
8. Intellectual property
All course materials, videos, templates, assessments and website content are owned by or licensed to Platinum Professional Training. You may use them for your own study only. You must not copy, share, sell, publish or upload them elsewhere, including to AI tools or file sharing services, without our written permission.
9. Your conduct
You must treat our staff, trainers, supervisors and other students with respect. We may suspend or cancel access for abusive behaviour, misuse of our systems or a serious breach of these terms, after giving you a chance to respond where appropriate.
10. Your rights under Australian Consumer Law
Our services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these terms limits those rights. Subject to those rights and to the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our liability for any service is limited to supplying the service again or paying the cost of having it supplied again.
11. Privacy
We collect and handle your personal information in line with our Privacy Policy and our obligations as an RTO, including reporting training activity to government as required by law.
12. Complaints
If you have a concern, please contact us first so we can try to resolve it. Our complaints and appeals process is set out in the Participant Handbook. You can also contact ASQA or your state or territory consumer protection agency.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this website applies from the date it is published. Changes do not reduce your rights under an enrolment you have already paid for.
14. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
